• Design and develop backend services, primarily using Kotlin • Build scalable backend services in Kotlin and Java • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teammates • Contribute to architecture and technical decisions • Write clean, maintainable, production-quality code • Continuously improve existing systems • Learn from and share knowledge with a highly experienced team

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, developers and other team members to design, launch and iterate on digital products for international clients • Translate user needs and business requirements into user flows, prototypes and high-quality interfaces across multiple platforms, contributing to shaping product experiences and refining solutions over time • Occasionally support internal design or marketing initiatives by preparing visual assets • Work in an agile environment where collaboration, critical thinking and initiative are valued
