Job Requirements
- HBO-opleiding bouwkunde of civiele techniek of afgestudeerd aan Technische Universiteit
- Minimaal 10 jaar relevante werkervaring bij ontwikkelende bouwer als senior projectmanager of projectdirecteur
- Aantoonbare ervaring met inkoop, ontwerp en diverse contractvormen
- Ervaring met moderne contractvormen
- Commerciële onderhandelingsvaardigheden en duurzame relaties onderhouden met partners
