Outbound Sales Development Representative – SaaS/IoT

• Proactively reach out to targeted prospects via outbound calls, emails, and multi-channel outreach. • Qualify leads, understand pain points, and schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives. • Manage and nurture early-stage opportunities from first contact through handoff. • Clearly articulate Keycafe’s SmartBox value proposition and how it solves operational challenges. • Consistently meet and exceed weekly/monthly outreach and booking quotas. • Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategy. • Maintain accurate activity tracking and lead notes in CRM systems.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an SDR or in an outbound sales role.
- Excellent spoken and written English with minimal accent.
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections professionally.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed measurable sales targets.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Tech-savvy, curious about innovative B2B solutions, and quick to learn new tools.
