B2B Sales Agent

Grape Collective

• Conduct outbound B2B sales outreach to distributors, retailers, and cigar shops across the U.S. • Build and manage a sales pipeline — from prospecting to follow-up, negotiation, and closing. • Present product catalogs, pricing, and brand stories to potential partners. • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow structured outreach and follow-up cycles. • Coordinate virtual meetings, discovery calls, and product presentations. • Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, operations, distribution) to support order processing. • Provide ongoing market insights and feedback to help refine sales strategy. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with growth goals. • Ensure excellent communication and relationship-building with all B2B partners.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English (C1 or higher) — ideally C2, both spoken and written.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in an English-speaking or U.S.-focused market (B2B preferred).
  • Strong background in outbound sales and cold outreach.
  • Based in Serbia with availability to work across U.S. time zones (PST–EST).
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and modern sales tools.
  • Strong discipline in remote work, self-organization, and time tracking.
