• You actively advise our clients on the Purchase-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes with the aim of identifying optimization potential and driving, improving and digitizing these processes. • You analyze and evaluate customer processes and their specific requirements in order to develop tailored concepts. • You act as an expert for ERP/DMS solutions (end-to-end processes, Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash) with our clients. • You apply your knowledge of databases, data warehouses, business intelligence and AI technologies to specifically optimize our clients' processes. • You support or, depending on the project, manage the implementation process for your area of responsibility and are responsible for customer-specific adaptations. • You build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. • You support the sales team in the sales process to achieve joint success.

Job Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration with a focus on IT/Finance, Media Informatics or a related field
  • At least three years of professional experience with any ERP systems
  • Project management knowledge, ideally PRINCE2 or IT service management according to ITIL v4
  • A strong interest in vendor-independent consulting and a passion for supporting companies in digitizing their processes
  • Experience or willingness to prepare functional specifications and to work closely and coordinate with ERP consultants to develop integrated solutions
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Willingness to work temporarily on client sites throughout Germany
