Sales Development Representative
ControlUp
• Follow an established and successful sales process combined with weekly coaching • Setting quality meetings with IT departments across the country • Play an integral role in building our sales pipeline and our business! In the SDR training program at ControlUp • Participate in a mix of classroom-style learning as well as role-plays and practice • Learn to generate qualified leads, prospect via a mix of personal communication methods, such as emails and cold calls, and establish the value of our platform • Engage with a prospect, build rapport and find your prospects’ needs • Demonstrate mastery of skills at this level by exceeding quota for two quarters in a row
Job Requirements
- 1-2 Years of SDR or BDR experience, previous work with SaaS Sales preferred
- Experience with engaging with potential customers over email, phone, and in-person
- Knowledge of our sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Zoominfo is a plus
- Clear, concise, and accurate in your communications, both written and verbally
- Fast learning skills and passion for new technologies, quickly mapping them to business processes
- Effectively manage your time to complete objectives
- Experience being accountable to metrics, often exceeding them
- Thrive in a high-energy team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Native in Dutch, Fluent in English (other languages are a plus!)**
