Job Requirements
- Data-First Mindset: 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (Tech, Startup, Consulting) with a proven track record of handling complex data sets or data operations
- Process Mastery: You have strong experience in business process design and optimization. You know how to structure unstructured data workflows
- Global Communicator: Excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed, international environment
- Proven Leadership: Previous experience mentoring junior team members, leading projects, or managing teams (3+ years preferred)

Role Description The Specialist, Attendee Experience (Pharma Congress Experience Required) will work closely with the Event Experience Manager to understand the program goals and objectives and lead registration to all assigned programs. The Specialist focuses on attendee management, reporting and client needs outlined by the Event Experience Manager and can work independently.
