• Diseñar y mantener infraestructuras seguras y escalables que impulsan la velocidad y eficiencia de los equipos de desarrollo. • Se apoya en prácticas de Infraestructura como Código (Terraform, Ansible) para automatizar el aprovisionamiento y asegurar entornos consistentes y reproducibles. • Incorpora observabilidad y monitoreo para optimizar desempeño y costos. • Gestiona la plataforma como un producto, con foco en el Developer Experience (DevEx). • Lidera iniciativas de AI-Enhanced Operations, habilitando detección temprana de anomalías, auto-remediación y escalamiento predictivo.

Job Requirements

  • Experiencia en CI/CD: Manejo sólido de herramientas como GitLab CI (ideal), Jenkins o GitHub Actions.
  • Experiencia en Cloud Computing: Preferentemente en Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Kubernetes (nivel usuario): Capacidad para desplegar aplicaciones, gestionar manifiestos y realizar troubleshooting de servicios (no se requiere experiencia avanzada en administración del clúster).
  • Programación y scripting: Conocimientos prácticos en Python o Bash para automatización y desarrollo de herramientas internas.
  • Infraestructura como Código: Experiencia con Terraform será considerada una ventaja.
  • Deseable: Conocimientos en autoescalado con KEDA, Service Mesh (Istio) o Cloud Functions en GCP.
  • Orientación al servicio y empatía: Habilidad para comunicarse de forma efectiva con equipos de desarrollo, comprender sus desafíos y priorizar soluciones que mejoren su experiencia diaria.

Role Description We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Platform Engineer with strong experience operating production cloud systems. You’ll play a critical role in evolving our platform maturity — improving reliability, scalability, developer experience, and security across a growing SaaS environment. You will act as a technical leader within Platform Engineering, reporting to the Platform Engineering Manager. This role is well suited for someone who values continuous improvement, enjoys enabling others, and takes pride in making complex infrastructure simple, secure, and reliable.
