• This role will be a significant contributor to a number of internal and customer facing web projects including the Megaport Portal, working with the existing engineering team to build the best user experience and producing a high quality codebase while meeting implementation goals. • Help build and maintain our various applications and implement new functionality using a modern frontend stack including Vue 3, Typescript, Vite, Tailwind, Tanstack, NX Monorepo. • Implement and help improve code architectures and processes. • Understand business requirements and implement technical solutions that are reactive and scalable. • Collaborate with colleagues to build high-performing, intuitive, and functional solutionsDevelop unit, integration, and end to end tests using tools such as Playwright and Vitest. • Build knowledge of design principles, best practices, and maintainable architecture.

• Architect and develop scalable, performant applications using React, NodeJS (NestJS), and supporting technologies. • Design and implement offline-first and PWA capabilities, including caching strategies, data synchronization, and background data handling for critical workflows. • Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions. • Contribute to the evolution of the architecture, ensuring security, performance, and maintainability across the product ecosystem. • Guide and mentor developers on best practices for modern web development, testing, and continuous integration. • Drive technical decision-making, ensuring architectural consistency and alignment with long-term product goals. • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. • Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices relevant to PWA, offline apps, and scalable NodeJS systems. • Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize deployments and ensure high availability and reliability of cloud-hosted applications.

• Lead the design and development of scalable, user-centric frontend systems that power Raft's flagship products. • Architect and implement robust solutions using React, Vue, and/or Angular while ensuring security, performance, and reliability across mission-critical applications. • Mentor engineers while spending significant time writing code and solving complex technical challenges. • Work closely with customers at deployment sites, gathering feedback and implementing improvements.

• Work closely with product, design, and engineering peers to launch new features across our web and mobile platforms • Design, test, and scale new features to solve complex problems in a simple way for our customers • Be hands-on and execute work as an individual, while also building products that allow for flexibility as we evolve our product offerings • The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading scoping, design, & implementation for mobile/web features
