Job Requirements

  • BS in a technical field (MS preferred) such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline
  • 8+ years in technical program management or related roles, with proven success in leading large-scale programs
  • Strong understanding of software/hardware development lifecycles, system architecture, and design principles
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, NVBugs, Confluence; experience with Agile and PLC methodologies
  • Exceptional communication (verbal and written), stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional teams toward shared goals
