• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives). • Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and the Scrum framework. • Identify and remove obstacles to ensure smooth delivery. • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. • Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure backlog clarity and prioritization. • Track and report key metrics (velocity, burndown charts) to stakeholders. • Ensure transparency and effective communication across teams and departments. • Support scaling Agile practices across multiple teams when required. • Drive adoption of Agile best practices and ensure compliance with organizational standards. • Mentor new Scrum Masters and contribute to the Agile community within the organization. • Facilitate cross-team coordination for dependencies and shared deliverables.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) required.
- Additional Agile certifications (SAFe, PMI-ACP, ICAgile) are a plus.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
