Workday Recruiting Functional Consultant – Certified

• Lead functional design, configuration, and testing of the Workday Recruiting module. • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT stakeholders to identify and document business requirements. • Support integrations with other Workday modules (HCM, Core HR, Onboarding, etc.). • Configure business processes, job requisition workflows, and recruiting dashboards. • Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing post-implementation support. • Troubleshoot issues, perform system audits, and recommend enhancements. • Stay current on new Workday releases and functionality related to Recruiting.
Job Requirements
- Workday Recruiting Certification is mandatory.
- 3+ years of Workday Recruiting configuration and support experience.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and HR systems integration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
