• Assisting in the preparation of financial information. • Recording payables and scheduling payments. • Supporting month-end closing activities. • Reconciling and maintaining records of monthly financial transactions and statements. • Assisting with invoicing and ensuring accurate documentation. • Developing and maintaining consistent checks and balances for financial accuracy. • Performing other finance-related tasks as required.

Job Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • You have 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar administrative role.
  • You’re proficient in Google and Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
  • You have experience with financial reconciliation and maintaining accurate records.
  • You possess excellent time management skills and can handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • You’re comfortable working as an independent contractor (handling your own taxes and benefits).
