• Act as the internal expert for our HRIS (Rippling) • Manage benefit elections, 401k adjustments, and ensure employee data accuracy • Serve as the second reviewer for payroll and own the quarterly audit process • Handle employment verifications and general team inquiries regarding Rippling and company policies • Partner with Talent Manager to keep the hiring engine moving • Own the end-to-end new hire experience and manage our Learning Management System • Ensure managers are hitting their 1:1 and goal-setting rhythms • Own the 'Daily Stand-Up' and keep the global team informed • Design and lead high-energy virtual gatherings and coordinate in-person gatherings

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years in HR Generalist or People Ops roles
  • Previous experience working in a fully remote environment, preferably for a US-based company
  • Flawless English (written and verbal)
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Rippling experience is a significant plus
  • Understand how to use AI as a tool to improve efficiency
  • Proven track record of handling sensitive information with absolute confidentiality
