Your responsibilities will include: - Managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing daily tasks. - Filtering emails, responding to inquiries, and drafting correspondence on behalf of executives. - Coordinating travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports. - Conducting research and compiling reports or presentations as needed. - Maintaining and organizing documents and files for easy access. - Supporting project management tasks and assisting with team coordination. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our executives' productivity and ensuring that the business runs efficiently.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications:**
- 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be fluent in English; Mandarin language skills are a plus.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and familiarity with project management tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
- Experience in a remote working environment is a plus.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones as needed.
