- Input and maintain client data using Google Sheets (or a CRM if implemented later) - Organize client stages, pipelines, and follow-up touchpoints - Track important dates such as client birthdays and milestones - Ensure client information is accurate, up to date, and well organized - Manage and organize files in Dropbox - Review client documents (e.g., driver’s licenses, IDs) - Accurately enter document details into required forms - Maintain clear and consistent folder structures - Handle general backend admin tasks to keep operations running smoothly - Assist with form completion and data verification - Support day-to-day organizational needs as they arise - Create simple graphics in Canva using existing templates - Assist with light visual updates or admin-related design needs
Job Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets and cloud-based tools
- Experience with CRM systems or structured data tracking (CRM experience is a plus but not required)
- Highly organized and able to manage repetitive tasks reliably
- Basic Canva skills using templates
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy when handling sensitive client information
- Clear written communication in English

- Previous experience supporting a real estate agent or small business
- Familiarity with document handling and compliance-related admin tasks
