• End-to-End Coordination: Manage 100+ global interview schedules per month, ensuring timely communication between candidates and hiring managers. • Documentation & Verification: Collect, verify, and organize candidate documents, maintaining 100% accuracy and compliance across all submissions. • ATS Management: Update and maintain records in ATS, ensuring up-to-date candidate information and minimizing scheduling conflicts. • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between candidates, recruiters, sales, and delivery to ensure transparency and seamless collaboration. • Candidate Experience: Maintain consistent and professional communication, ensuring candidates feel supported and informed throughout their hiring journey. • Onboarding Support: Facilitate smooth onboarding by assisting with document collection, negotiation, offer generation and coordination, and communication handovers.

Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in end to end recruitment lifecycle management
  • Proficiency in ChatGPT and Google sheets.

This role oversees medical, dental, vision, ancillary benefits, 401(k), workers’ compensation, and outsourced leave programs, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for all employees across practices. The Benefits Manager serves as the organizational subject-matter expert for benefit regulations, vendor management, plan performance, audit processes, and employee support.
