Job Description

Owner Acquisition Manager

MasAlto Capital

• Identify, qualify, nurture, and convert property owners into Corporate Stays management clients. • Manage incoming leads, conducting discovery calls, presenting services, negotiating agreements, and guiding new owners through onboarding. • Respond to inbound owner leads generated through websites, advertising campaigns, referrals, and partner networks. • Conduct discovery calls and understand owners' goals to present tailored management solutions. • Prepare and present revenue projections and investment recommendations. • Negotiate management agreements and close new partnerships. • Maintain accurate records and follow-ups within HubSpot CRM. • Prospect new owners through LinkedIn, referrals, and strategic partnerships. • Develop relationships with real estate brokers, developers, investors, and relocation professionals. • Attend virtual networking events and support expansion initiatives across Latin America. • Promote Casa Suarez furnishing packages and Corporate Stays bedding and towel packages to new property owners. • Coordinate with operations and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition for new clients.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, real estate, hospitality, or account management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
  • Comfortable conducting sales presentations and virtual meetings.
  • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
  • Professional English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Reliable internet connection and remote work setup.
  • Preferred Experience in property management, vacation rentals, Airbnb, real estate investment, hospitality, or furnished housing.
  • Spanish proficiency.
  • Experience working with international clients and investors.
