Marketing Operations Assistant

• Set up and manage Google accounts and access for new employees (Google Workspace, shared drives, calendars) • Maintain marketing operations workflows (intake forms, task routing, folder structures, naming conventions) • Support campaign administration (scheduling, asset handoffs, approvals, tracking sheets) • Create or update simple marketing assets using templates (social graphics, basic layouts, resizing) • Keep marketing files organized across shared drives and project boards • Assist with vendor/contractor coordination and general business administration tasks • Document SOPs and keep onboarding/offboarding checklists up to date
Job Requirements
- Prior remote work experience; fluent with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar)
- Experience in a VA, marketing coordinator, or marketing operations/admin support role
- Strong Google Workspace skills (Drive permissions, Docs/Sheets, Calendar hygiene)
- Working knowledge of basic graphic design and marketing asset preparation
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Role Description Il s'agit d'un poste d'assistante des agents de l'inspection du travail de l'Unité de Contrôle 5 et de son responsable d'unité de contrôle. Activités principales : - L'assistant de contrôle des entreprises assure un ensemble de travaux visant à l'information des usagers, au bon fonctionnement de l'unité de contrôle et à l'assistance des agents de contrôle dans la réalisation de leurs activités, placé sous l'autorité hiérarchique du responsable de l'Unité de contrôle. Activités liées à la relation à l'usager et au bon fonctionnement de l'unité de contrôle : - Accueil (physique et téléphonique), orientation et renseignements des usagers; - Gestion des informations urgentes (accident du travail, conflits collectifs); - Gestion administrative (courrier, messagerie électronique, dossiers d'entreprise, classement, archivage); - Organisation et appui opérationnel à l'activité des agents de l'unité de contrôle; - Logistique opérationnelle du fonctionnement de l'unité de contrôle. Activités liées à l'appui au contrôle : - Appui à la définition et à la mise en œuvre d'actions collectives de travail; - Élaboration et mise à jour d'outils de suivi; - Alimentation et exploitation des systèmes d'information dédiés (SUIT, démat@miante, SIPSI, egpro) et réseaux communs; - Premier niveau de recherche documentaire, de rédaction de notes et de lettres de réponses aux usagers; - Contrôle de complétude de dossiers de demandes transmis aux agents de contrôle par les usagers; - Contrôle de conformité administrative de certaines obligations des entreprises; - Participation aux réunions de services, appui administratif du responsable d'Unité de Contrôle. Qualifications - Savoir agir dans un contexte complexe, faire preuve de créativité, trouver de nouvelles solutions, former d’autres agents, être référent dans le domaine; - Mettre en œuvre la compétence de manière régulière, corriger et améliorer le processus, conseiller les autres agents, optimiser le résultat; - Savoir effectuer, de manière occasionnelle ou régulière, correctement les activités, sous le contrôle d’un autre agent, savoir repérer les dysfonctionnements; - Disposer de notions de base, de repères généraux sur l’activité ou le processus (vocabulaire de base, principales tâches, connaissance du processus, global…). Requirements - Connaître les bases du droit du travail nécessaires à l'orientation et l'information des usagers; - Connaître les procédures et méthodes relatives au contrôle; - Connaître le cadre déontologique de l'inspection du travail; - Connaître les priorités d'actions du ministère; - Connaître les techniques de recherche et les ressources documentaires de premier niveau.
