• Architect, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java/Spring Framework. • Ensure high performance and availability of applications within a microservices architecture. • Collaborate with product managers to understand requirements, ensure their technical feasibility, and translate them into reliable and scalable solutions. • Participate in software engineering rituals to develop models for complex applications. • Define private and public APIs for a world-class product. • Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices in backend development. • Write high-quality technical documentation to clearly communicate backend architecture and API design, ensuring ease of understanding and effective collaboration across teams.

• Develop, deploy, and monitor microservices and serverless components in AWS. • Build and improve automation tooling including GitHub Actions, Argo CD, and Grafana dashboards. • Tackle high-performance engineering challenges to deliver container images and metadata efficiently and securely. • Design and enforce security and compliance policies across delivery pipelines. • Collectively own the security posture and developer experience of secure container images.

• Design and maintain scalable, resilient backend architectures following engineering best practices. • Build secure, high-performance, and reliable backend services, primarily within a microservices-oriented environment. • Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote engineering best practices across the team. • Drive automation, security, and observability initiatives across backend services. • Lead the adoption of new technologies and the continuous optimization of CI/CD pipelines. • Collaborate with product, frontend, and infrastructure teams to support product evolution. • Participate in strategic technical decisions related to system scalability and long-term architecture. • Mentor and support the technical growth of junior and mid-level engineers.
