Account Executive

• Business Plan development: Design and execute effective strategies to achieve sales objectives. • Active client management: Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients to maximize satisfaction and business growth. • Business development: Identify and leverage opportunities with current and prospective clients to expand the business portfolio. • Target client prospecting: Research and approach new potential clients aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. • Project management: Coordinate the necessary resources for project development, ensuring proper execution. • Analysis and reporting: Maintain internal systems and prepare detailed reports for performance tracking and evaluation.
Job Requirements
- Degree or advanced studies in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial roles
- Knowledge of the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical markets, including sales cycles, key players, and industry trends
- Strong results orientation, leadership skills, and autonomy in project management
- Well-developed communication skills
- Intermediate level of English
- Availability to travel
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
