• Develop bug-free websites, modules, and pages in HubSpot CMS and using the latest front-end technologies. • Complete internal and client projects on time and to specifications. • Work directly with cross-functional teams and clients to understand needs and deliver solutions. • Optimize website performance, loading times, and user experience. • Ensure responsive design across devices and browsers. • Collaborate on UI/UX improvements and implement feedback iteratively. • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices. • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members to foster a collaborative environment. • Integrate third-party APIs and tools to enhance HubSpot functionality. • Contributing to project planning and retrospectives.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in front-end development.
- Experience with HubSpot CMS is not mandatory, but really appreciated.
- An online portfolio that we can review, showcasing relevant work.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or any relevant field.
- Advanced knowledge in front-end development technologies like HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, React, Next.js, etc.
- Stable internet connection and reliable power supply for remote work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and web accessibility standards.
- Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment, with strong time management skills.
- Experience with HubSpot certifications (e.g., CMS for Developers).
