• Understand and incorporate the fundamental guidelines when completing premium audits • Make calls to insureds and agents on a daily basis • Complete audits based on rules and regulations for class code (s), specific state(s) and clients • Correspond with policyholders CPA's, bookkeepers, agents to gather additional information as needed • Maintain an average of 35 billable hours a week for Full Time and 17.5 billable hours a week for Part Time

• Reviewing prescriptions to ensure accuracy • Sending prescriptions to the pharmacy to be processed • Reviewing EHR to ensure all necessary information is recorded • Reviewing lab order to ensure all lab orders are completed and recorded • Effective daily communication with contracted pharmacies • Swift and effective communication to correct any mistakes • Schedule Audits • Prescription Audits • Handle medication recalls appropriately • Ensuring payments are handled properly • Handling a high volume of charts

• Assist with the coordination and completion of the three phases of a risk review: Planning, Fieldwork and Reporting • Complete walkthroughs and interact with line of business personnel • Perform and document testing of internal controls • Ensure adherence to required laws and regulations • Draft findings and reporting deliverables • Serve as a lead on smaller, less complex reviews

• Audit the Retailer network and review Warranty/Service Fixed Operations • Complete a set number of audits within a timeframe • Demonstrate understanding of Dealer Warranty and Service Processes • Create detailed reports on audit findings • Guide Dealers on business best practices • Provide detailed, accurate reporting to management • Use IT systems to identify dealer metrics
