O que você fará We’re looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead and execute our partner and channel marketing strategy in Brazil and LATAM. In a region where partner-led growth is a strategic pillar, this person will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing joint marketing programs with Avalara’s commercial partners driving mutual growth, demand, and pipeline impact. You’ll collaborate with sales, partner managers, and global marketing teams, and act as the main marketing point of contact for our channel ecosystem in LATAM. This is a critical and strategic role, requiring someone who is self-motivated, collaborative, organized, and fluent in Portuguese, Spanish. English is preferred for coordination with global teams, but local fluency and cultural understanding are key to success. You will work remotely from Brazil and report into the Senior Director, International Marketing. Role Description We’re looking for a Marketing Officer to join our thriving Events Marketing team. What you’ll be doing: - Collaborate with teams across the organisation, as well as with our media agency and external partners, to plan, brief, optimise and evaluate marketing campaigns. - Keep a close eye on performance and organise evaluations to ensure continuous improvement. - Take ownership of your campaign budgets, including setting and tracking spend carefully. - Share updates on performance and flag any opportunities or challenges early. - Write engaging marketing copy, research ideas for campaign creative, and work with designers to bring those ideas to life. - Pull together insights and recommendations to help shape future activity after each campaign.
