• We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to join our FraudAction Services team at Outseer. • Your mission is to empower businesses to combat online fraud effectively, safeguarding them from financial and reputational risks. • You will develop a robust pipeline and achieve conversion rates in line with industry standards. • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and targets. • Maintain current and accurate records of sales activity, pipeline development, and forecasts in the CRM system. • Generate and maintain sufficient pipeline through prospecting and outreach. • Identify potential clients through research, inbound inquiries, and strategic outbound efforts. • Partner with marketing from time to time on digital marketing support. • Engage decision-makers in industries impacted by fraud, presenting FraudAction Services as the ideal solution. • Establish a trusted advisor relationship to achieve customer goals to purchase FraudAction Services. • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs. • Gather feedback from clients and share insights to influence product development and strategy.

• Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and other departments to resolve application issues. • Execute application sanity tests to ensure application health. • Provide technical assistance and remote troubleshooting support as part of a global 24/7 support organization. • Partner with other technical teams to perform application patches and upgrades. • Develop, document, mentor, and train others in support procedures for application-related triage and problem solving.

• Drive the development and implementation of advanced security practices, policies, and frameworks to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of our applications. • Provide principal leadership to the application security program, helping set the strategic direction, goals, and objectives to enhance the overall security posture of our applications. • Develop and implement advanced application security practices, including secure coding standards, threat modeling methodologies, and secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes. • Conduct in-depth application security assessments, including code reviews, architecture reviews, and penetration testing, to identify and remediate complex security vulnerabilities and risks. • Collaborate closely with development teams, architects, and stakeholders to provide expert guidance on secure coding practices, security design principles, and the selection and implementation of security controls. • Define and maintain application security policies, standards, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. • Drive the integration of security into the CI/CD pipeline and automated security testing tools and processes to enable secure and efficient application development and deployment. • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, frameworks, and security tools to enhance application security capabilities, scalability, and efficiency. • Lead incident response efforts for application security incidents, working with cross-functional teams to investigate, contain, and remediate security breaches or vulnerabilities. • Stay current with the latest application security threats, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors, and provide strategic recommendations and guidance to mitigate emerging risks. • Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader on application security, representing the organization in external forums, conferences, and industry working groups.

• Support and lead Outseer governance, risk management, and compliance program globally, aligning with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices. • Conduct regular risk assessments, identify potential vulnerabilities, and implement strategies to mitigate risks across the organization. • Lead and coordinate third-party security audits, and act as the primary point of contact for customer security reviews. • Recommend and maintain policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and internal requirements. • Monitor and assess changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards and ensure timely updates to the compliance program. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management and compliance controls into business processes, applications, and systems. • Conduct compliance audits, assessments, and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and implement remediation plans. • Coordinate and manage third-party assessments, audits, and certifications, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders regarding risk management, compliance requirements, and governance practices. • Demonstrates an automation-first mindset, leveraging modern AI technologies to enhance GRC processes. • Deliver training programs to educate employees on risk awareness, compliance obligations, and best practices. • Stay updated with emerging trends and changes in the governance, risk, and compliance landscape, and proactively recommend improvements to enhance the effectiveness of the program.
