• Track deadlines, deliverables, campaign launches, and performance updates across teams; • Schedule and facilitate cross-functional meetings; document and distribute action items; • Maintain internal project boards and workflows (e.g., Jira, ClickUp); • Coordinate creative production tasks such as ad copy, asset requests, and approvals; • Compile campaign status updates and assist with client reporting; • Troubleshoot project bottlenecks and escalate issues when needed; • Support process improvements and contribute to overall team efficiency;
Job Requirements
- Self-starter, motivated by performance and results;
- Strong communicator comfortable collaborating across departments and time zones;
- Strong presentation, critical thinking, and time management skills;
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office Suite** and **Google Workspace**, with emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
- High attention to detail and accuracy in tracking project data;
- Experience coordinating global or cross-functional teams;
- Knowledge of **Agile Scrum methodologies** (certification is a plus);
- Experience in **Affiliate or Performance Marketing** is a plus;

• Coordinate communications among client staff, FHC project team members, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle • Develop project approach, design tasks, propose task assignments, and assign to team members in collaboration with the Project Director • Actively manage project budgets, staffing assignments and contract timelines • Lead deliverables development from start to finish including drafting documents and obtaining final client approval
• Contributes to the organization, operation, and growth of ODAE, including its work with Medicaid and APCD data systems. • Manages projects throughout ODAE’s data request lifecycle. • Establishes project scope, coordinates work among team members, and ensures timely delivery of deliverables. • Coordinates communications among client staff, project team members, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. • Uses project management tools to develop, implement, and maintain workplans, timelines, and budgets. • Anticipates project risks; designs approaches to avert potential trouble. • Leads development and use of business requirements documents, product backlog and issue tracker. • Ensures project deliverables are properly scoped, documented, and vetted during the planning stage.
