Offshore Events Coordinator

• Plan, organize, and execute internal and external events (virtual, hybrid, and in-person) including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and corporate functions. • Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, vendor management, travel arrangements, catering, equipment rentals, and on-site setup. • Manage event timelines, budgets, and post-event reports. • Support on-site and virtual event delivery, ensuring high-quality execution and attendee satisfaction. • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social channels. • Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, email newsletters, banners, and promotional items. • Maintain and update company website and social media platforms with current content. • Track marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, communications, design, and operations) to align marketing activities with business goals. • Liaise with external partners, vendors, and agencies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services. • Support regional and global marketing initiatives by adapting materials for local markets when needed.

Job Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, event management, or related roles (experience in an offshore or remote setup preferred).
  • Proven experience coordinating large-scale corporate events or trade shows.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Google Analytics, or similar).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
