Role Description You will design and implement liblogos, a modular plugin runtime for decentralised nodes, while optimising IPC, strengthening module isolation, fault-tolerance, scalability, and security. You will also collaborate with teams to build and test modules, like our Logos blockchain, messaging and storage modules. - Help design and implement liblogos, which provides a modular plugin-based runtime for decentralized nodes and applications. - Optimize IPC performance. - Improve isolation (also in regards to efficiency), fault tolerance, independent scalability, and secure boundaries of modules to prevent cross-module vulnerabilities. - Collaborate with component teams to build and test modules like decentralised nodes. Qualifications - Proficiency in systems programming languages including C, C++, Rust, and Nim. - Experience with plugin architectures, dynamic loading, and package managers for modular runtime systems. - Strong understanding of microkernel principles: minimal core, service isolation, fault tolerance, and extensibility without core modifications. - Experience with Linux namespaces and cgroups for process isolation, containerization techniques, and achieving microkernel-style separation in user-space environments. - Knowledge of IPC optimization, and low-level performance tuning in multi-process environments. - Experience in network programming. • Perform advanced configuration, deployment, and implementation of software, operating systems, cloud platforms, and hardware in accordance with design specifications and industry best practices across multiple technology domains • Serve as the Senior Professional Services Engineer throughout project lifecycles, partnering with Project Managers on project planning, execution, and delivery • Support pre-sales efforts by contributing to the design and peer review of enterprise-level technology solutions spanning cloud, on-premises, colocation, and hosted environments • Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support, ensuring timely diagnosis, resolution, documentation, and communication of issues to leadership and stakeholders • Develop high-quality technical documentation, including runbooks, as-built documentation, diagrams, cutover and rollback plans, validation plans, and standard operating procedures • Mentor and guide team members while collaborating closely with support teams, project teams, and management to deliver high-quality outcomes • Deliver end-user training and provide professional, customer-focused support both remotely • Maintain accurate time of entry, ticket documentation, and adherence to company standards • Manage workload effectively, support after-hours project or incident needs, and assist the Client Success Team with technology roadmaps to ensure long-term client success.

• Support and/or lead implementation, maintenance, configuration/parameterization and functional support activities for educational modules • Ensure adherence to the institution's academic processes • Perform analysis, configuration/parameterization and support of TOTVS RM Educacional in: course structures, curricular matrices and subjects, academic calendar, enrollment rules, course withdrawal/leave of absence, dependencies/prerequisites and credit recognition • Interact with internal teams and clients via support tickets to address and align requirements

• Serve as the primary functional lead for Workday Recruiting, Talent, and Advanced Compensation modules. • Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday business processes, frameworks, eligibility rules, and security configurations. • Ensure system configurations align with evolving business needs, compliance requirements, and enterprise standards. • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and streamline end-to-end workflows across recruiting, talent, and compensation. • Partner with People Tech engineers to design and implement Workday automation, including Extend apps, RaaS-based solutions, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows. • Leverage AI tools to optimize recruiting workflows, talent insights, and compensation analysis. • Act as a strategic partner to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Finance, and HR leadership. • Design and support dashboards, reports, and audit frameworks that enable data-driven decision-making. • Ensure all system changes follow established change management and compliance standards (SOX, ITGC, audit requirements).
