Job Requirements
- 6+ years in a Sales Engineering or equivalent role, ideally in manufacturing, AI, AR, or industrial solutions
- Proven experience designing, scoping, and delivering ERP/MES-integrated AI- and AR-driven manufacturing solutions and Proof of Value implementations
- Deep understanding and experience assessing customer value chains, analyzing data, and tailoring solutions to address mission-critical challenges
- Skilled in creating executive-ready technical proposals, presentations, and ROI analyses for high-value contracts
- Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites
