Technology Solutions Consultant

GR8 Global

• Provides support to clients in the usage, and maintenance of their software programs as necessary. • Obtains and maintains business software certification for products as required. • Responds to client requests for software and accounting related assistance. • Performs data conversions. • Implements processes including project planning, system installation, and system setup of the accounting systems. • Assist other team members with miscellaneous assignments as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1-2 years of professional bookkeeping and accounting experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
  • Familiarity with various accounting software programs.
  • Minimum Internet Speed: 50-100 Mbps
  • Dedicated Home Office Area: Private, quiet workspace
  • Business Continuity Plan: Power and Internet Backup is a MUST
