Regional Sales Manager – Consumer

• Responsible for achieving ambitious sales and profitability targets • Cultivate strong relationships with both prospective and existing customers in the consumer channel • Through engaging product presentations, dynamic demonstrations, and a strategic presence at regional trade shows, secure valuable orders • Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to safety by following all safety protocols • Cultivates a robust pipeline of prospective customers through various resources • Travels extensively throughout the assigned territory for customer engagement • Presents and demonstrates the company's products, providing accurate pricing information and preparing sales contracts • Document all business transactions in the CRM system • Collaborate closely with the Director, Manager, B2C Sales & Marketing
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 or more years of experience within the consumer food industry
- Experience managing Regional and National grocery accounts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite products
- Must live on the West coast, Colorado and surrounding states are ideal
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
- Proficiency in a second language is a plus (Spanish or French)
