• Act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that evolving requirements are translated into actionable solutions. • Collect, analyse, and document requirements in a fast-paced Agile environment. • Proactively engage with stakeholders to clarify business needs and propose improvements. • Conduct investigations and system analysis for integrations, processes, and data flows. • Prepare system documentation, including sequence diagrams, process flows, and architectural diagrams. • Provide technical input on solution feasibility and implementation approaches. • Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of BA/SA experience, including 3+ years of proven experience as a System Analyst in complex, large-scale projects.
- Solid technical background with the ability to discuss implementation approaches and system architecture.
- Strong expertise in system modelling and documentation (e.g., sequence diagrams, UML, BPMN, architecture diagrams).
- Hands-on experience in integration projects (microservices, APIs, system-to-system interactions).
- Ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical design.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to make recommendations.
- Fluent English (C1 is required), with experience working in international, multicultural teams.
