Role Description We’re looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer who excels in technical problem-solving and has a broad impact within engineering teams. You’re skilled at designing and shipping high-quality code, with a strong focus on developer experience, scalability, and performance. You have contributed to shared frameworks or design systems and take pride in supporting others to adopt better development patterns. As a Senior Software Engineer , you’ll contribute to shaping the way our SaaS products are developed and experienced. Your work will help product teams deliver faster, safer, and more consistent customer experiences. You’ll actively collaborate with peers in Engineering and UX to build a unified frontend platform that brings multiple SaaS products together into a single, scalable application. In this role, you’ll be a builder, collaborator, and mentor. You’ll work alongside others to design reusable UI frameworks, modernize legacy codebases, and support engineering teams as they adopt improved patterns, tooling, and practices. Qualifications - 4+ years of professional frontend development experience, including significant experience in one or more major frameworks (e.g. React, Vue) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript. - Experience working on a production SaaS application (AWS, Azure, or GCP). You understand how to ship, maintain, and debug production code. - Strong mentorship skills, with the ability to guide and challenge peers and junior developers. - Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science related field, or equivalent practical experience. Nice To Have Skills - Experience with the rest of our frontend stack (e.g. MUI, Vite[st], Tanstack, Emotion) and beyond (e.g. AWS, Docker, Grafana, AzDO). - Experience improving frontend DX through better tooling, faster local dev loops, observability, feature flagging, CI/CD pipelines, etc. - Familiarity with design systems, accessibility, and internationalization best practices. - Understanding of AI systems, including LLM architectures, token generation, and MCP frameworks. - Enthusiasm for using agentic AI and other modern practices as a key part of the SDLC. • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, focusing on career development and performance management. • Establish and communicate performance expectations, conducting regular evaluations to hold team members accountable for their progress. • Collaborate with the Product Manager to align engineering efforts with product definitions, roadmaps, and success measures. • Develop and implement development standards, policies, and procedures to streamline processes and enhance productivity. • Serve as the liaison for Level 3 production support activities, ensuring effective problem resolution and technical investigation. • Foster partnerships with the Center of Excellence to support the adoption of new technologies, architectural standards, and design approaches. • Collaborate with the Infrastructure team to define the tools and environments required to create reliable and maintainable software applications.

• Grow and engage Twilio’s developer audience through long- and short-form video that educates and entertains developers on Twilio’s platform, showcases compelling use cases, and delivers engaging content tailored to them. • Develop concepts, outlines, and scripts, and regularly appear on camera for tutorials, explainers, and occasional vlog- or vodcast-style pieces. • Collaborate with developers and subject-matter experts across Twilio to ensure content is technically accurate, relevant, and aligned with developer needs. • Partner closely with Brand and Marketing teams, providing clear briefs and feedback, and reviewing final edits for technical accuracy, clarity, and overall quality. • Publish and maintain content across Twilio’s developer channels, primarily YouTube and social platforms, ensuring consistency of voice and experience.

• Deliver best value and high-quality service working on client system and following client processes • Work closely with client teams and Parexel colleagues in global environment • Specialize in one of the following therapeutic area: hematology/oncology/cell therapy • Use SAS programming to produce derived datasets (ADaM), tables, figures, and data listings of varying complexity • Develop and QC derived dataset specifications and other process supporting documents • Ensure all work maintains complete traceability and regulatory compliance • Participate and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions with programming community
