Milence
• Developing and executing sales strategies aimed at growing our presence within the fleet and logistics sectors. • Identifying key prospects and cultivating relationships with decision-makers at fleet operators, logistics companies, and other transport-related businesses. • Closing deals efficiently while ensuring a strong value proposition for both the client and Milence. • Managing relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business. • Conducting market analysis to identify trends and business opportunities within the DACH region. • Generating new leads and proactively exploring new business opportunities to drive revenue. • Taking a greenfield approach by finding innovative sales strategies to penetrate untapped markets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or comparable working experience.
- Proven experience in truck sales and/or selling products or solutions to fleet operators, logistics companies, or similar markets.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on closing deals in a timely and effective manner.
- Exceptional customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in market analysis and understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders.
- Fluent in both English and German.
- Self-driven, with a passion for sales and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
