• As a Sales Engineer you act as the interface between sales and engineering. • You accompany the entire sales process, provide technical expertise, understand customer requirements and translate them into tailored solutions. • Technical consulting: You understand the individual needs of our customers and develop customized solution concepts. • Presentations & demos: You present our solutions, which represent a powerful alternative to traditional Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), to prospective customers. • Interface to engineering: You work closely with our engineering and product development teams to share customer feedback and drive product improvements. • Customer interface: You identify and acquire new customers in the IoT and Industry 4.0 sectors. • Market and competitive analysis: You monitor the market and identify new opportunities for our solutions.
Job Requirements
- Sales experience: You have experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or as a Sales Engineer, ideally in B2B sales within software, IT security, or comparable technology fields.
- Technical know-how: You possess solid technical understanding and are familiar with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and the known limitations of this approach.
- Knowledge of Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI) and digital identity concepts is a plus.
- Industry knowledge: You understand the challenges and requirements of companies in the IoT (Internet of Things) and Industry 4.0 sectors.
- Soft skills: You are a strong communicator, confident in negotiations, and highly self-motivated.
- You work solution-oriented and can explain complex matters clearly and simply.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English.
- Willingness to travel.
- Independent and solution-focused work style.
- Residence in Germany.
