• Shape and set-up of the strategy for the wholesales initiative at Eneba • Build and Lead the wholesales team • Source, evaluate, and onboard wholesale suppliers across digital goods, including gaming, prepaid cards, and gift card products • Build and scale supplier networks from zero, establishing commercial frameworks, onboarding processes, and performance standards • Own end-to-end supplier relationship management, including negotiations, commercial terms, forecasting, and ongoing optimization • Design and implement scalable wholesale processes to support rapid growth across new categories and markets • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, compliance, finance, and commercial teams to launch and expand new digital categories • Lead zero-to-one initiatives, aligning internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver new offerings efficiently • Identify opportunities to improve supplier performance, margins, availability, and time-to-market as the business scales • Support category expansion by translating strategic goals into executable supplier and distribution strategies

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in wholesale, partnerships, or B2B roles within rewards programs, digital gift cards, mobile top-ups / prepaid services, or prepaid digital products
  • Proven track record of sourcing, onboarding, and managing wholesale suppliers, particularly in digital goods such as gaming, prepaid cards, or gift cards
  • Experience or demonstrated ability to build supplier networks, processes, and strategies from scratch to scale new categories or markets
  • Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-growth environment, building processes from zero to one and aligning teams to launch new categories
  • Business-level English proficiency (working language is English).

Qualifications - 8+ years of experience selling SaaS or enterprise software solutions with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota. - Proven success in new-logo, hunter-style sales roles with the ability to source and close opportunities independently. - Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles. - Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and sell to senior leaders and decision makers. - Experience selling into government contractors or other highly regulated industries strongly preferred. - Experience using structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, or similar). - Familiarity with procurement, legal, and compliance-driven buying processes preferred.
