• Build, maintain, and scale our website entirely in Webflow • Translate Figma designs into pixel-accurate, fully responsive Webflow pages • Leverage Webflow best practices, including Components, Nested Components, Component Variants, Properties, Slots, and CMS • Manage ongoing site updates such as: Duplicating and updating pages • Adding or removing product flavors • Updating attributes, classes, and CMS content • Keep the Webflow project organized, scalable, and easy to maintain • Ensure consistency across layouts, spacing, typography, interactions, and breakpoints • Stay current on Webflow features and apply new functionality and best practices where appropriate

Role Description As a member of the Latitude AI Motion Planning team, you will: - Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ libraries and tools for the Motion Planning team. - Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize the runtime and memory efficiency of the onboard Motion Planning software. - Contribute to the design and implementation of new features and improvements to both onboard and offboard motion planning infrastructure. - Extensively test your code through unit testing, simulation, log playback, and on vehicle testing. - Develop tools for visualization and debugging, and use them to analyze logs from fleet testing. - Coordinate with other autonomy teams to ensure that Motion Planning is provided the inputs it needs. Qualifications - Deep expertise in C++ Software Engineering. - Background in Motion Planning, Robotics, or related fields is helpful, but not required. - Bachelor's Degree with 4 Years of professional experience, or Master's degree with 2 years experience, or a PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field. - Python programming experience is also helpful but not required. - Industry experience writing production-quality, performance-critical code, and maintaining large codebases is desired. - Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. • Develop and maintain datasets, data models, and data visualizations to support business decisions • Develop different data warehouse designs like star schema, snowflake schema, and dimensional modeling • Identify data sources, definitions, and timelines appropriate for analysis • Write, optimize and maintain complex SQL queries to support data analysis and reporting needs • Develop and generate ad hoc reports based on stakeholder requirements to support decision making processes in various departments • Work with Fabric to connect to various data sources such as databases, cloud storage, or APIs • Integrate data warehouse with business intelligence tools to create reports and dashboards • Design and build interactive reports using Power BI to present findings and identify trends to stakeholders • Ensure data quality and integrity by identifying and resolving data issues • Perform root cause analysis and uncover core issues using data, then assist the organization to improve • Analyze and interpret various sources of internal data and external data sources to support business decision-making • Design, build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes • Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop solutions to reduce manual effort.
