Product Owner – Digital Care Platform

• Partner with clinical leaders, operations teams, engineers, and external healthcare clients • Identify real-world workflow problems and turn them into product solutions • Define product requirements, user stories, feature priorities, and success metrics • Own the roadmap for major platform capabilities • Ensure features are scalable, configurable, and client-ready • Guide engineering teams on what to build, why it matters, and how it should function • Help onboard and support new client organizations using ecares • Continuously evaluate how healthcare operations can be improved through better software

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management
  • 5+ years of experience in product ownership
  • Deep understanding of clinical workflows
  • Strong understanding of care coordination and revenue cycle touchpoints
  • Strong understanding of business objectives
  • Ability to design technology-enabled workflows
  • Experience working directly with providers, operations leaders, clients, or end users
  • Comfort working in fast-moving, startup-style environments
  • Experience working with engineers to ship real software
  • Healthcare EHR or care management platform experience (eCW, Epic, Athena, etc.) is a strong plus.
