• Support a Senior Account Executive (SAE) by driving client experience and marketing initiatives • Maintain accurate client profiles and manage CRM tasks in Salesforce • Conduct research on law firms and assist in marketing campaigns • Handle administrative tasks including calendar appointments and expense reports • Professionally interact with clients and support marketing events

Job Requirements

  • Legal field experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • High level of professionalism and customer service mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
