Associate BDR – German, English Speaker

HubSpot

• Effectively managing the high volume of product and sales-related queries from our inbound channels (around 40 per day) • Identify and provide best next steps or resources to assist customers and users • Conduct consultative pre-qualification of prospects for HubSpot’s sales process via phone and live chat (8-10 per day) • Schedule discovery calls for an assigned Account Executive (3-5 bookings per day) • Closing deals with small companies for starter and add-on products • Collaborate cross-functionally within the ISC team to improve experience for HubSpotters and HubSpot customers

Role Description We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our nationwide team with ownership over the Wisconsin and Illinois region. This role plays a crucial role in our organization, focusing on expanding our existing customer relationships. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - Proven track record of successful sales and business development experience, with a minimum of three (3) years in technology sales and/or selling to public safety agencies. - Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with customers at all levels. - Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Willingness to travel extensively (50% or more) to meet with customers and attend industry events.
