• Study and analyze the company’s current financial position. • Identify financial weaknesses and operational and financing risks. • Analyze existing and potential investment opportunities. • Evaluate new acquisitions from a financial and investment perspective. • Prepare and analyze financial models (Cash Flow, IRR, ROI, Sensitivity Analysis). • Propose suitable financing structures (equity, bank financing, partnerships). • Improve cash flow management and maximize profitability. • Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on clear financial analysis. • Support development and expansion decisions from a financial and investment perspective.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate financial consulting.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling and feasibility studies.
  • Deep understanding of the real estate sector (development, acquisition, and operations).
  • Ability to assess financial risks and make sound investment decisions.
  • Experience working with banks and real estate financing is an added advantage.
