Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience, primarily focused on the strategic design, renewal, and implementation of employee benefit programs
- Experience in benefits administration is beneficial
- Ability to apply a strategic lens to day-to-day work and contribute to the long-term vision and roadmap for the benefits portfolio
- Solid working knowledge of the global benefits industry
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A highly collaborative style, capable of successfully working across finance, product, marketing, and sales teams

• Coordinate end-to-end vehicle licensing, registration, renewals, and compliance requirements across all fleet assets • Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation and records for licensing, registration, and compliance activities • Support the transition from external service providers to internal management of licensing, registration, and fuel programs • Assist in designing, documenting, and maintaining fleet processes, SOPs, workflows, and governance standards • Provide day-to-day operational support, including helping resolve routine issues as fleet governance practices matures • Work with field operations to ensure timely submission of required documents and adherence to state-specific regulations • Prepare and update dashboards for key fleet KPIs (fuel efficiency, delivery performance, cost per mile, utilization) • Assist with cost analysis for fleet operations, vendor contracts, and fuel programs • Support lease vs. buy analysis and vehicle lifecycle planning • Collaborate with Procurement and Finance on cost optimization initiatives and vendor performance reviews • Monitor data trends and recommend process improvements based on data insights and operational performance
• Own search-related quality metrics end-to-end: from definition and computation to evolution and deprecation. • Design and reason about analytics architecture across the full stack: runtime behaviour → data pipelines → metrics → dashboards. • Develop and maintain analytics pipelines and tooling using Python. • Evaluate and improve quality across search and adjacent domains (e.g. relevance, ranking, freshness, anti-spam). • Translate product, user, and technical requirements into meaningful, actionable metrics. • Challenge existing assumptions about quality and push for better, more reliable measurement. • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align analytics with system behavior and business goals. • Debug metric anomalies, investigate quality regressions, and propose data-driven improvements.
