Job Description
Creative Project Manager
HKR
• 🔸 Own the intake and triage of all creative requests across paid social, display, email, and other marketing channels, plus internal needs like decks and presentations. • 🔸 Turn fuzzy briefs into crystal-clear tickets in Trello/Asana with scoped deliverables, timelines, and owners everyone agrees on. • 🔸 Partner with Marketing and Creative stakeholders to prioritize work, consolidate feedback, and manage expectations across teams and time zones. • 🔸 Coordinate designers, copywriters, and external freelancers so every project ships on time, on spec, and on brand. • 🔸 Track the status of all creative requests, flag risks early, and proactively unblock the team before anything slips. • 🔸 Run efficient status updates and check-ins that keep stakeholders aligned without overloading the creative team with meetings. • 🔸 Export and deliver final assets in the right formats, QA everything before release, and maintain shared resources like spec sheets and templates to streamline future work. • 🔸 Keep documentation and version control squeaky clean so files are easy to find and history is clear. • 🔸 Support photoshoots and vendor work by placing and tracking product orders, managing invoices, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to stay on time and on budget — all while being a friendly but firm guardian against scope creep and last‑minute chaos.
Job Requirements
- 🔎 You have 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in a creative, marketing, or eCommerce environment.
- 🔎 You’re fluent in marketing creative assets (email, social, display, etc.) and how they’re briefed, produced, and delivered.
- 🔎 You’re comfortable in project management tools like Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar, and you love a well-organized board.
- 🔎 You understand design workflows and tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, etc.) and can speak the language of designers and creatives.
- 🔎 You’re highly organized, detail-obsessed, and great at juggling multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- 🔎 You’re a clear communicator and strong collaborator who builds good relationships across departments and geographies.
- 🔎 You’re confident managing external freelancers and vendors, keeping them aligned on timelines, scope, and quality.
- 🔎 You’re proactive, spotting potential roadblocks before they hit and bringing solutions, not just problems.
- 🔎 You’re comfortable saying “no”, pushing back on out-of-scope or last-minute requests, and resetting expectations to protect timelines and focus.
- 🔎 Your availability comfortably overlaps with both US East and West Coast business hours.
