As an Advisory+ Consultant, you will play a crucial role in fostering long-term consulting relationships with customers who use Financial Edge NXT. Your mission is to provide proactive best practices optimization consulting throughout their contract, ensuring their success with product adoption and maximizing the value of their software subscription. Advisory+ is Blackbaud’s premium consulting offer which focuses on driving outcomes for customers using Financial Edge NXT. What you' ll do: Deliver High-Quality Consulting: - Deliver customized prescriptive consulting to a diverse portfolio of FENXT customers. - Understand customer needs and expertly craft a roadmap to adopt or expand on functionality to achieve desired outcomes. Proactive Customer Engagement: - Engage with customers in your portfolio throughout the duration of their engagement, often at the start of implementation and continuing through renewal. You’ll support them in navigating new releases, adjusting business processes, helping new staff, and ultimately building a strong relationship and customer who is maximizing the value of their Financial Edge NXT subscription. - Partner with internal stakeholders, including Sales, CSMs, or other services teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive experience across the customer journey. Contribute to Service Offerings: - Shape new success services offerings by sharing insights and expertise. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience. - Act as a subject matter expert on sales calls to expand footprint of Advisory+ What you'll bring: - 5+ years of experience using, supporting, or consulting on Blackbaud Financial Edge (FE7 and FENXT). - Experience in multiple areas of accounting is encouraged - Comfortable engaging with key stakeholders and end-users.
