Dynamics CRM Development Lead

DysrupIT

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing. • Architect and customize CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows. • Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflows, Power Automate flows, and client-side scripts using JavaScript and C#. • Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using Azure services, Power Platform, and REST APIs. • Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and DevOps processes within the CRM team. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and junior team members. • Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Manage solution deployments, environment configurations, and release management using Azure DevOps. • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure high-quality delivery. • Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities to recommend enhancements and optimizations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE development, with at least 2–3 years in a lead or senior developer role.
  • Proficient in: Core Technologies: C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
  • Dynamics 365 Tools: Plugins, Workflows, Actions, Business Rules, Power Automate, Power Apps
  • Data Management: Data migration, DataVerse, SQL Server, FetchXML, OData
  • Integration: Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, API development, and integration frameworks
  • Source Control & CI/CD: Azure DevOps, Git
  • Strong understanding of CRM solution architecture, ALM, and deployment practices.
  • Experience in configuring and extending Power Platform components.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Role Description The Partner Research & Success Manager will report to our Sr. Director of Partner Growth. They will focus on facilitating strategic engagement and expansion of relationships with life science clients, academic institutions, and healthcare systems. These critical partnerships represent Truveta’s foundational learning community. The Manager will participate in the onboarding, training, education, and encouragement of Truveta’s customers. Responsibilities - Support a portfolio of Truveta customer relationships across a range of research projects, including new customer onboarding, ongoing customer education and training, conducting simple and complex data queries, and responding to ad-hoc customer requests. - Collaborate with the Partner Research and Success team in meeting internal and external demands by providing project management support. - Develop targeted action plans, track progress towards key deliverables, identify any risks, etc. - Clearly summarize the findings of customer analyses in Truveta branded reports, slide decks, and papers. - Build operational efficiency by collaborating with the broader team to maintain and improve internal team processes, standards, and workflows. - Contribute to client growth by facilitating programming that ensures customers receive maximum value from their engagement with Truveta. - Proactively identify and raise potential workflow issues; develop and provide recommendations for resolution. - Maintain internal visibility at Truveta as a customer advocate and voice. - Occasional but mandatory domestic travel (~5x/yr). - The ability to attend virtual meetings that align across US time zones.
