• Contribute to the development of surveys/questionnaires to answer client objectives. • Confirm data integrity and perform analysis to identify trends. • Continuously monitor quality levels, and manage quality problems. • Design research instruments as necessary. • Ensure quality of and approve programmed questionnaires, including communication with the programmer or programming vendor. • Analyze research results and collaborate with the Client Management team member to interpret research findings and implications. • Write headlines for reports or prepare deliverables that adds value to the client by relating the research findings to the business objectives in a manner that is clear, presentable and actionable.

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. • Document functional and technical requirements (BRD / FRD). • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams. • Analyze current processes and propose improvements. • Support development teams during implementation and ensure alignment with requirements. • Contribute to preparing reports and performance indicators.

• Collaborating with developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to further refine project scope and requirements • Creating clear, thorough documentation throughout the project lifecycle • Tracking project progress and ensuring alignment between technical and business teams • Testing functionality in our systems at each development stage to ensure quality and accuracy • Working primarily with Oracle EBS and web development tools to implement and validate solutions

• Develop and maintain global standards for supplier and purchasing master data • Analyze end-to-end vendor master data processes • Strengthen controls around bank details and supplier onboarding • Collaborate with IT to enhance vendor master data functionality • Contribute to STP transformation initiatives
