• As our Finance Operations Manager, you will oversee a high‑performing team responsible for the integrity of the company’s transactional flow, while collaborating across departments to proactively resolve issues related to merchants & FX. • You will play a key role in transforming Finance Operations into a more efficient, standardized and automated function, designing and executing a roadmap that leverages data, technology and best practices to drive operational excellence, scalability and global control. • Leading and transforming a Finance Operations team, setting clear goals, KPIs and development plans to build a high‑performing, data‑driven culture. • Designing and executing a transformation roadmap to simplify, standardize and automate reconciliations and other core Finance Operations processes. • Identifying opportunities to automate and digitalize manual tasks (e.g. reconciliations, monitoring, reporting), working closely with Product, Tech and Finance to implement sustainable solutions. • Following up on corrective and preventive actions to resolve differences and deficiencies, ensuring timely closure and structural fixes. • Working closely with other departments (Finance, Treasury, Commercial, Product, Accounting) to prevent and resolve issues, align priorities and improve processes. • Promoting continuous improvement through metrics, dashboards and regular reviews.

Job Requirements

  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills and excellent analytical skills.
  • 6+ years of experience in internal/external auditing, business assurance, reconciliations or Finance/Operations roles in multinational companies.
  • Proven experience driving process transformation and automation in Finance / Operations teams (e.g. standardization of controls, automation of reconciliations, implementation of new tools or workflows).
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills, with the ability to handle large data sets and compile clear, actionable reports; experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus.
  • Experience defining and tracking KPIs and SLAs, using data to prioritize issues and measure the impact of improvements and automation.
  • Change‑management skills: ability to lead teams through change, influence stakeholders, train users and ensure adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
  • Enthusiastic, self‑motivated and confident, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with cross‑functional teams and senior management.
  • Public Accountant (or degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field).
  • Fluent written and spoken English.

Role Description Due to growth, we are adding a Specialist, Workforce Management to our team! The Specialist, Workforce Management is responsible for supporting workforce management setup, scheduling, analysis, forecasting, etc. to ensure internal and external service levels commitments are achieved. The WFM Specialist performs basic troubleshooting with the workforce management systems including input and output systems and escalates as necessary. This individual will review available data or requests new reports to make recommendations on staffing to consistently meet service levels and run and requests enhancements to analytic reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis that assist in identifying areas of performance improvement, providing recommendations for efficiencies, and projecting staffing for future volume. Responsibilities - Run and review volume forecasts, shrinkage analysis reports, headcount requirements, new hire/modified shift requirements, and average handle time analysis to ensure accurate scheduling. - Conduct and document routine data validation of WFM systems and reports. - Measure accuracy of those forecasts on both short term and long-term basis. Meet established forecast accuracy goals. - Schedule activities around forecasted contact patterns and ensure activities are current in the WFM system. Notify affected parties when off-line activities need to be rescheduled. - Adjust call routing as directed when unusual call patterns exist in order to ensure service levels are met; manage multiple queues and skill groups. - Identify need for departmental reports for individual and unit performance metrics and submit requests for enhancements; see through to production. - Shadow staff to determine opportunities for reducing handle time and/or improving first call resolution. - Document and assemble requirements to generate reports, charts, scorecards, dashboards, forecasts for business use. - Responsible for development of training materials and documentation of policies and procedures. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree in the field of mathematics, statistics, or related field preferred. - A minimum of four years’ experience required working in a contact center environment coupled with a minimum of one year workforce management experience forecasting, scheduling, and utilizing WFM tools. - Experience writing reporting requirements, testing, and implementing these reports desired. - Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives. - The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
