Technical Operations Support

JWay Group, Inc.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries during US daytime hours • Support day-to-day operational processes and system configurations • Perform quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of work • Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), documentation, and detailed handover notes • Monitor dashboards and operational reports; identify and escalate issues when necessary • Collaborate closely with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges • Ensure adherence to established workflows, processes, and documentation standards • Proactively follow up on tasks and unresolved issues to ensure closure.

Job Requirements

  • Entry-level: 0–2 years in operations, support, QA, or a related role
  • Operational support and workflow management
