• Support the day-to-day execution of our logistics and operations function • Own key operational workstreams across outbound logistics, retailer fulfillment, and distribution center management • Ensure products move efficiently from our third-party warehouses to customers and retail partners • Serve as the primary point of contact for our distribution center (DC) partners, focusing on outbound logistics (shipping to retailers) • Ensure on-time order fulfillment across assigned retail partners and sales channels, delivering best-in-class service • Partner with Finance to ensure procedural compliance for inventory, warehouse operations, and fulfillment & transportation costs • Help maintain and further SOPs, vendor guidelines, routing guides, and other operational documentation • Support continued development of operational best practices, tools, and processes across outbound logistics • Analyze operational data to identify trends, measure performance, and support key operational KPIs, including retailer chargebacks and claims management • Support continuous improvements to 3PL warehouse fulfillment processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase on-time delivery • Partner cross-functionally to improve operational processes and business performance • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates and enhancements • Develop understanding of inbound logistics and provide backup support as needed • Manage retailer chargebacks by reviewing dispute claims, identifying root causes, coordinating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, and helping prevent recurring issues • Analyze shipping records and transaction data to validate claims and identify opportunities for process improvement • Maintain documentation that supports operational consistency and strengthens retailer and vendor relationships
• Lead the full accounting function, including the monthly close, general ledger, reconciliations, financial reporting, consolidation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory accounting, and technical accounting. • Quickly assess the current state of the function, team, systems, open workstreams, and key risks, while identifying immediate opportunities to improve accuracy, accountability, and efficiency. • Bring outstanding audits, covenant reporting, reconciliations, tax-related workstreams, and other critical external deliverables fully current. • Establish a reliable and well-controlled close process, with clear timelines, ownership, documentation, and reporting standards. • Lead relationships with external auditors, accountants, tax advisors, and other partners, serving as Starface’s primary accounting subject-matter expert and point of accountability. • Build and begin executing a practical roadmap for improving accounting processes, controls, systems, documentation, and team structure. • Own accounting systems and tools, including NetSuite, and partner with Operations and Systems to ensure cross-functional decisions support accurate and efficient financial processes. • Evaluate the accounting team’s structure, capabilities, and capacity, develop existing talent, and recommend future hiring priorities. • Manage and coach the accounting team, establishing clear expectations, strong operating rhythms, and opportunities for growth. • Partner closely with the SVP of Finance on priorities, risks, decisions, and communication with executive leadership and the Board. • Strengthen Starface’s readiness for future financing, investment, diligence, or M&A activity by ensuring our accounting records, controls, reporting, and documentation can withstand increased scrutiny. • Identify issues early, communicate them clearly, and bring forward practical recommendations and paths to resolution. • Balance strong controls and financial discipline with the speed and flexibility required in a fast-growing business.
• Ideate and manage the execution of social content across owned organic, paid, and retail channels. • Support growth, engagement, awareness, and brand love across Starface’s social channels. • Evolve Starface’s creative approach across existing platforms and emerging channels. • Maintain Starface’s brand integrity while pushing the creative boundaries of social content. • Manage, mentor, and support one direct report in their creative growth. • Lead creative brainstorming and oversee content execution with thoughtful feedback. • Source and manage creators from start to finish, including traditional influencers and unexpected collaborators. • Collaborate with cross-functional partners across marketing, retail, creative, and copy.
• Own daily community management across all social platforms (including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook) with a focus on monitoring and responding to comments, direct messages, and user generated content • Maintain fast, thoughtful responses across social platforms while balancing humor, warmth, and brand self-awareness • Collaborate with the Influencer/Marketing team to create copy for seeding initiatives, gifting, launches, and VIP communications • Monitor and reply to comments on paid ads and support the Copy team as needed with in-asset copy and descriptions • Draft comments for owned social content and reactive communications during launch periods, as well as captions and IG Threads as needed • Track recurring community questions, feedback, and trends and proactively identify and escalate sensitive topics to necessary teams (including CX and Regulatory) • Flag potential UGC and creators to relevant Social/Influencer teams • Stay on top of platform-native behaviors, in-the-know humor, internet culture, and the conversations Starface should be a part of • Assist with various copy projects as needed, including Big Yellow character development, product launches, evergreen marketing, brainstorms, and new social platforms • Be available after hours when necessary for timely or urgent matters (including weekends)
• Concept creative campaigns, social-first content, and product concepts that feel fresh, unexpected, and on-brand. • Lead smaller-scale creative projects from concept through final execution with increasing autonomy. • Bring thoughtful references, fresh inspiration, and a strong creative POV to the table consistently. Stay tapped into internet culture, fashion, beauty, entertainment, and emerging creative trends. • Support photo and video shoots from pre-production through post-production, including on set direction, shotlists, creative briefs, retouching notes, and crop guidelines. • Produce high-quality assets with strong attention to craft and detail. • Brief and provide creative feedback to internal and external collaborators as needed (creators, photographers, stylists, etc). • Jump into content creation as needed - solving creative problems in real time — whether that means designing, editing, or animating. • Contribute meaningfully to brainstorms and collaborative creative workstreams. • Partner closely with social, design, copy, brand marketing, and creative production to ensure cohesive storytelling and execution across touchpoints. • Present creative ideas clearly and confidently to stakeholders, building and maintaining organized up-to-date creative decks. • Manage timelines, feedback, and shifting priorities while maintaining a positive and solutions-oriented attitude.
• Own and evolve Starface’s social media and platform strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms • Lead the social content calendar and ensure every piece of content ladders back to a clear strategic purpose • Develop thoughtful, actionable creative briefs that push ideas forward and help unlock stronger creative work • Partner closely with the creative team, including our Director of Social Content to ensure strategy enhances creativity rather than constrains it • Create and continuously refine platform-specific playbooks, KPIs, benchmarks, and reporting frameworks • Monitor social performance and translate insights into recommendations and next steps • Maintain and grow Starface on TikTok and Instagram while helping identify and build meaningful presence on new and emerging platforms • Build a stronger feedback loop between organic and paid social, ensuring learnings are shared consistently across teams • Collaborate regularly with paid media partners to align on content needs, testing opportunities, and performance insights • Manage external agency partners and ensure high-quality strategic output and execution • Monitor content performance and turn insights into actionable recommendations that improve creative and business outcomes • Build and continuously refine platform-specific playbooks, KPIs, benchmarks, and reporting frameworks • Stay deeply informed on platform shifts, internet culture, creators, and competitive activity—and bring forward what’s actually worth paying attention to • Lead, mentor, and support two direct reports while helping elevate the overall social function
• Lead retail and shopper strategy to drive channel-specific growth across mass, grocery, club, specialty, e-comm, and others as needed • Translate syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen, SPINS) and internal data into actionable trends, takeaways, whitespace, opportunities, and risk signals to inform our commercial strategy • Translate insights into strategic recommendations that inform: • Assortment and pricing direction • LTOs and promotional programming • Retail go-to-market strategies • Partner with Product to influence roadmap decisions based on retail and shopper needs and category & market trends • Collaborate with Sales on joint business planning inputs, sell-in narratives, and retailer strategy • Guide Marketing on where and how to activate, grounded in shopper behavior and channel dynamics • Partner with Finance on trade investment decisions, promotional ROI analysis, and the P&L implications of channel and assortment choices • Establish a consistent insights cadence (monthly/quarterly) for leadership and cross-functional teams • Act as a thought partner across the business — bringing a “what matters and what to do about it” mindset
• Own weekly POS reporting across Mass and Grocery accounts, ensuring reporting is accurate, timely, and actionable • Track performance against forecast, budget, and plan, and proactively surface risks, opportunities, and anomalies • Maintain retailer systems and tools, including Walmart Retail Link/Supplier One, Target POL, and other retail platforms; monitor in-stock and out-of-stock performance and escalate issues early • Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for broker partners across key accounts, driving clear communication, accountability, and follow-through • Support retailer onboarding and account maintenance workstreams, including item setup, vendor forms, UPCs, WERCs, fixture company coordination, and related submissions • Assist in line reviews, sales presentations, and account recaps with organized, polished materials • Own management of promotional calendars and help track execution of TPRs, displays, and in-store programs across accounts • Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Brand, Operations, and Finance to keep retail initiatives moving and ensure strong execution • Coordinate closely with Operations on inventory availability, PO timing, and shipments, and with Finance on deductions and trade spend tracking • Help identify process gaps and recommend smarter ways of working as the retail business continues to grow • Support the team through the transition of Walmart to a direct relationship, helping ensure clean execution, strong communication, and operational readiness
• Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for our distribution center (DC) partners, with a focus on outbound logistics (shipping to retailers) • Ensure on-time order fulfillment for all trade partner and sales channel accounts under role scope, delivering best in class service for all trade partners • Partner with Finance to ensure procedural compliance for inventory, warehouse operations, and fulfillment & transportation costs • Travel to attend physical inventory counts at DCs to ensure the count is executed according to procedure 2x per year • Develop and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), vendor guidelines, routing guides, and all other reference/training documents • Support the further development of operations & logistics best practices, tools, and processes across outbound flows to optimize efficiency and department performance • Analyze and model scenarios to optimize our operational engine, helping to further develop, measure, and meet KPIs and goals, including chargeback analysis and claims management for all retail partners • Drive continuous improvements to the 3PL warehouse fulfillment processes to decrease costs, increase fulfillment turnaround time, and ensure on-time delivery in full • Support and/or lead department projects as needed to support business activity • Participate in User Acceptance Training (UAT) for systems’ updates or add-ons • Develop an understanding of inbound logistics and provide backup/secondary support as needed

In this role, you’ll report directly to our SVP, Marketing and own the influencer marketing function end to end—defining strategy, driving execution, and building a best-in-class creator program that delivers both cultural relevance and measurable business impact. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with Growth, Creative, Social, PR, and Brand Marketing to bring product launches and brand initiatives to life through creators.
