Job Description

Technical Support Manager

MSX International

• Lead and coordinate the team of Technical Delegates • Ensure the project KPIs are met • Define, maintain and communicate a clear local governance model • Plan and monitor schedules for on-site visits and field interventions • Analyze team performance reports • Ensure compliance with MSX and OEM (automotive manufacturer) standards • Coordinate local deployment of new project initiatives • Act as the primary operational point of contact for the automotive manufacturer • Prepare and lead regular meetings with the automotive manufacturer • Develop and manage a country-level activity plan • Manage and support the national team of Technical Delegates • Produce clear, concise reporting on country performance

Job Requirements

  • Solid experience (typically 3 to 5 years) in project or program management within the automotive sector
  • Experience coordinating field teams
  • Experience managing B2B client relationships and multiple national-level stakeholders
  • Experience producing management reporting and performance analysis
  • Experience in process improvement projects and/or launching new programs or services
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive industry
  • Good understanding of dealership network operations
  • Familiarity with basic project management principles
  • Strong knowledge of KPI-driven performance management
  • Very strong written and spoken English
